Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your deal data remains accessible in read-only mode after cancellation.
Can I take the export to my own lender?
Yes. You can share the PDF with your lender or advisor for their review. They decide whether it meets their requirements and what further diligence they need. BuySideMetrics does not certify lender readiness or provide lender introductions.
How accurate are the metrics?
The metrics are computed using standard formulas applied to the data you provide and the line-item mappings you configure. The accuracy of the output depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs. Every formula is visible so you can verify the calculations yourself.
Do you store my financial data?
